To aid congregations in caring for their members during a hurricane evacuation, lay members of Southern District congregations may report their evacuation information by completing this evacuation form or calling 985-635-4382. If you call the number, please provide:

Evacuation information will be provided to a lay member’s pastor or elders upon request. All LCMS congregational members are encouraged to heed government-declared mandatory evacuation orders.

Congregations able to offer shelter for those evacuating from a hurricane, either at the church or in member homes, can enter their information on this hurricane shelter form.
