Circuit Visitors: Schedule the visitation circuit forum
Circuit visitors need to schedule a date and time for the visitation circuit forum, to be held this fall. The forum must be held no later than October 24, 2024.
Communicate the date and time with your congregations, early enough that they may plan accordingly for voters meetings. Create an agenda and share it with your congregations when it is ready. Congregations will contact their circuit visitor with questions about the circuit forum.

Congregations: Hold a voters meeting
Your circuit visitor will announce a date and agenda for a fall 2024 meeting of your visitation circuit. Congregational business must be accomplished prior to the circuit forum.
Hold a congregational voters meeting this summer to:

- take action on participating in the circuit forum;
- select representatives to the circuit forum;
- take action on nominations for the district convention;
- take action on overtures through the circuit or to/through the district; and
- select delegates to represent your congregation at the district convention.

Visitation Circuit Forum Season
Circuit visitors and congregations spent the spring and summer preparing for the visitation circuit forum. Visitation Circuit Forum Season is now here! The absolute last day for a circuit to hold its meeting is October 24, 2024.
Treasurer’s Memo is sent to congregations
Congregations will receive a Treasurer’s Memo at the end of August, regarding the congregational assessment for the convention.

Deadline to receive committee reports
Committee reports are published in the Convention Workbook.
Deadline to receive overtures
Any overtures submitted after today can only be accepted for convention attention if approved by a special committee made up of the district president, first vice president of the district, and district secretary and only if thought to introduce an important issue not adequately covered by other submitted documents.
Deadline to submit 2025-2028 circuit visitor selection from the circuit forum
Deadline to submit nomination ballots
All nominations are due no later than today. Late nominations cannot be accepted.
