October has been a busy month for Redeemer in Pensacola.

On Saturday, October 1, the annual Fall Festival was held, sponsored by the Parent Teacher League. Students, faculty, church members, and the community had lots of fun. They enjoyed games, pony rides, a bounce house slide, face painting, and lots of good food. Then on October 29, the students dressed in their Halloween costumes and paraded at Trunk or Treat for lots of candy handed out from the trunks of their parents’ decorated cars.

On October 30, there was a combined service followed by a chicken dinner, in celebration of Reformation Day. During the service, a Confirmation was conducted. Following the service, her young son was baptized. The fellowship and Luther movie were enjoyed by all at the chicken dinner.

On October 31, students, faculty, parents, and church members dressed in purple and walked for a cure to end Alzheimer’s. October was a busy month for all at Redeemer!
